Bau Xeo I.P has total area of 499,8657 hectares and is located in Song Trau , Tay Hoa commune, 61 Hill commune and Trang Bom town, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province. It consits of two zones which locate along two sides of the National Highway 1A; first zone on the North has area of 188,4832 ha, second zones on the South has area of 311,3825 ha.

• The North borders on high voltage lines 220KV, 110KV and 35KV.
• The South borders on Southern- Northern railway 
• The East of first and second Zone border on available residential area
• The West of first and second Zone border on residential project’s land which is planned.
