Thong Nhat Joint-Stock company went into business operation according to Business Registration Certification No 4703000095 dated 24 February 2004 issued by the Dong Nai Province’s Planing and Investment Department and established by partnership of 3 main share holders namely Tin Nghia Company, Viet Nam Rubber Industry Group and Dong Nai Rubber Company with the registered Capital: 82.000.000.000 VND
Pursuant to Decision No 1944/TTg- CN dated 24th November, 2006 of Prime minister on approving establishment Bau Xeo industrial park (I.P) dated 29th December, 2006. Dong Nai industrial Zones Authority issued investment Certificate No. 47221000042 permited Thong Nhat Joint- stock company implement investment project and trade infrastructure Bau Xeo I.P with total land area of 499,8657 hectares and investment capital of 670 billions VNĐ.
Up to now, there are 22 projects in Bau Xeo I.P, reached 87% land lease area with total of registered investment capital over 390 millions USD and 323 billions VND .Besides, Thong Nhat Joint-Stock Company is implementing the service centre with area of 38,5 ha in Trang Bom town and total of investment capital for infrastructure is 302 billions VND. We have completed the design of infrastructure system, the procedures of compensation and clearance. Preparing implement in 2010 in order to trade promptly in 2011.
